Omg I actually loled so much at this 😂😂 The slug! Dear lord soooo good! And then the part where the incident occurs…did you eat MY sandwich??!! To which your husband and the cleaner probably thought the sandwich was poisoned 🤣🤣 So good! I read this as my three week old newborn sleeps on my test and our toddler throws stuff off the sofa…in my sleep deprived state I needed this today 💕

Ah I'm glad to have given a bit of relief from the madness. Hope you're getting on well with the two of them, it does get easier!

Love this because it’s hilarious. My husband eats my chocolate too what the actual?! But a sandwich? You have my deepest sympathy.

Ruled by their stomachs, all of them. At least the sandwich was an accident, the chocolate is almost always taken on purpose

Therapist here. I thought no such thing. It all tracks for me. And the Friends references were ringing in my ear.

This is hilarious! Similar - slightly less dramatic and hormonal-tensified story this week.

Busy day overall, had brought a single but big orange to juice as a treat (currently not allowed to consume too many fruit). I juiced it somewhen in between, took a sip to try it - oh my god, it was super sweet and delicious. I put it in the fridge to cool down.

When my husband came home, I wanted to share with him HOW amazing this orange was. So I gave him the cup saying, you have to try it. Just to watch him gulping down the entire thing. I stared at him in dispair as he said: "Yes, super delicious!"

A therapist would probably say: Be more precise in phrasing your needs, I guess.

Oh my WORD I'd have been FURIOUS, Fabienne, haha. You are a kinder soul than I if you weren't completely outraged. I hope you've had an orange juice since this comment was left, and that it was just as delicious as the original

Hahahaha, yes I had. And I drank it all by myself 🤣

Love the Ross reference - there are so few scenes in the "sandwich freakout" genre from which to choose.

Crying…. My husband would do this… nothing is safe in our home. He would steal food from the children’s plates I’m sure of it! 🤣

This made me laugh so much, my husband also wanted to read it. Also hard relate to the raging hunger when breastfeeding! Hope you will finally get that sandwich. x

Thanks, Julia :) Glad you enjoyed! It makes me SO hungry, I can't even explain it. I've never experienced anything like it. He didn't replace the sandwich like for like, but has bought me other food that I enjoy since, so I suppose I'll have to (begrudgingly) let him off
